В октябре у нас запущен долгожданный новый брошюровщик Watkiss BookMaster Pro30 с триммером.
Это одна из первых серийных машин с новым управляющим интерфейсом.
Машинка выравнивает поданный ей блок по двум направлениям, ставит 1-2 скрепки втачку или в накидку, фальцует и подрезает торец. Все настраивается с TuochScreen - на базе планшета Nexus-7 с обычным Android.
Обещана пробивка до 30 листов 80 гр. Форматы готовых брошюр от A4 до А6.
За прошедшее время мы собрали около 15 тыс. брошюр. Машинка достаточно "дубово" сделана. Достоинств масса!
Расскажу только о недостатках:
- Обложка с глянцевым ламинатом проскальзывает, особенно на толстых брошюрах
- Блоки брошюр из офсетки 65 г/м после Цифровой печати получаются очень неровными (бумага коробится) и изредка застревают в аппарате.
