Доброго времени суток!
Снова обращаюсь к Вам со следующим вопросом:
Есть проблема с резаком Wohlenberg 115.
Она заключается в следующем.
При работе резак сам отключается. Причем похоже на то, как будто его просто выдернули из розетки.
Иногда, после очередного такого самопроизвольного отключения, попытки включить его снова не увенчиваются успехом...
Никто не сталкивался с такой проблемой?
Может у кого из Вас есть электрическая схема резака?

Разобрались. Дело было в скачках напряжения.

Мы сначала тоже думали, что скачки напряжения вырубают резак.
Попрыгали вокруг резака с тестером - ничего подозрительного не обнаружили.
Вообще с течением времени проблема то исчезала на неделю, то за смену 20-25 самопроизвольных выключений.
Запросили электрическую схему (причем не у Ниссы, а у завода производителя, сообщив серийник агрегата). Через четыре часа в корпоративной почте уже был ответ из германии с подробной схемой.

Во время очередной попытки "вылечить резак" у инженера зазвонил мобильник... Знаете, что произошло? Резак сам включился (!) ПРИ ВЫКЛЮЧЕННОМ РУБИЛЬНИКЕ! Сам бы не поверил, если б я тогда в цеху не присутствовал... Мистика...
С другой стороны проблема выключения решалась путем подергать проводочки "вот эти", потыкать релюшки "вот эту" и "вон те пару", потеребить предохранители "вот тут". Резак включался от любой комбинации вышеописанных действий.
Еще хотелось бы отметить два случая.
1. Самопроизвольное выключение. Резчик ссутулившись, идет ко всем релюшкам, проводкам и т.д. Встает в позу "начальнег" (руки на поясе) и громко ругается матом... После окончания монолога - резак включился так же как и выключился - самопроизвольно... Испугался? :)
2. Очередной аврал. Я подменил резчика на то время, пока он обедает.
Резак, ессно, вырубается. Я полез во все релюшки, проводки. Минут двадцать теребил и трогал все вышеописанное и не однократно - бесполезно. Не включается. От усталости и досады глубоко вдыхаю и выдыхаю, поток воздуха поподает на плату с релюшками... А дальше - как в пятом элементе... Резак включился :)

Надо отметить, что наш директор окончил ВУЗ по инженерно-электронной специальности с красным дипломом.
В итоге в дело вмешался директор и неисправность нашли за пару часов.
Проблема была в блоке питания на компьютере управления. (я сам не электронщик, могу что-то не корректно описАть). В общем вместе с этим блоком питания был сочленен частотник (он-то собственно и включил резак от мобильника). В итоге в ближайшем радиомагазине купили все необходимое и перепаяли, исправив не корректную работу.
